      This exercise works the rectus femoris. If practised intensively without stretching,
      it could eventually pull the pelvis forward, thereby accentuating
      the lumbar curve.
      Do not keep the knees and feet together, keep the legs independent from each other.
      It is important to do this exercise, therefore, but make sure to stretch the front of the thigh
