      How to work the biceps
        The exercise described is executed on a Larry Scott bench with a Z bar.

        Depending on the spacing between your hands,
        you work the inside (close grip) or the outside of the biceps.
        Depending on the bench inclination, you work the upper
        part (pad vertical) or the lower part (pad nearly horizontal) of the biceps.
