    How to work the triceps
      The exercise described is executed on a horizontal bench with a straight bar.
      It is easier to keep the arms vertical when bending with the straight bar than with the Z bar.
      Keep the hands close together to avoid moving the elbows during the exercise.

        This exercise works the long section of the triceps.
        Developing the upper part of the long triceps increases the volume
        of the posterior shoulder.
