If this is a fallacy, why do gym teachers propose the pull over as a finishing movement for the pectorals? |
As you can see whenever I talk about the pull over on the site, I recommend it at the end of the pectoral sessions.
Concerning the gym teachers who recommend working with heavy weights, I would not like to generalise. Over the years, some may have somewhat "forgotten" their anatomy, the insertion points and the roles of the various muscles. Moreover, walking around in a gym wearing a track suit does not necessarily mean that you are skilled and qualified. Also, there are so many things in life that we do, knowing perfectly well that we should not, but which we ignore anyway out of habit and laziness: Abdominals with the feet blocked, the devastating widespread use of abdo boards by clubs and private individuals. Running without drinking, Smoking Drinking alcohol Crashing traffic lights and not stopping at a halt sign, etc. But this is the essence of man... Continuing to make the same mistakes so that you can say to yourself every night: What a fool I am! |
