The bench is the first piece of apparatus you need.
You can make it yourself.
With a system of wedges, it can be converted into an incline or decline bench.
They are easy to find in the shops at quite reasonable prices.
If you can afford it, you should have an adjustable bench.
Try to find one which can be raised up to the vertical position.
This is important for work on the shoulders.

The bar becomes the essential complement to the pair of dumbbells you already have.
You can buy 20 kg of extra discs, as follows:
four 5 kg discs, since you already have the 1 kg and 2 kg discs.



The supports are required to put down the bar when you are working on the bench.
Always choose an adjustable model.
They are very useful for squats and also to avoid placing the bar on the ground when you are working the arms or the shoulders.
