In conclusion, for a short or long bar, plan:
  • 2 x 0.5 kg
  • 2 x 1 kg
  • 2 x 2 kg
  • 2 x 5 kg
  • 2 x 10 kg

Now to improve, just keep adding pairs of 10 kg discs.

Caution, you will need these weights for each bar.
