This file is not a "programme", but a presentation of recommended exercises to reach this objective.
You can include some of them in your regular training.
They are suitable for both men and women!
||The exercises proposed in this file were chosen to satisfy two criteria:
You must always bear in mind that work on the pectorals tends to round the back,
- Open the chest cavity and improve the
quality of the respiratory volume through stretching exercises.
- Straighten the back by making the stays of the dorsal spine and the scapular fixator muscles more efficient.

||It is important to differentiate between the two types of work.
- STRENGTHENING THE MUSCLES:
- For the dorsal part.
Heavy work with dumbbells or pulleys.
- For the anterior region.
Work without equipment or light dumbbells.

maximum opening allowed by the joint.
