    MIDDLE PECTORALS Dumbbell flyes.


        How to work the PECTORALS
          Excellent exercise on a horizontal bench, specifically designed to work the pectorals.
          Try not to change the angle of the elbows when starting the lift,
          since you would then be working the triceps instead of the pectorals.
          At the end of the session, and with very light weights,
          carry out this movement with large amplitude.
          This is an excellent way of opening the chest cavity.
