    Hello everyone,

    It's me, Cops of the forum, alias Simon.
    Michel asked me to produce several articles on the various training techniques I have been able to try during my career as bodybuilder.
    The aim is to show you my background in bodybuilding.
    I must say that, like most of you, I taught myself right from the very beginning.
    In other words, I learned on my own how to train myself.

    Some experiments proved excellent, others less. I would like to give you my opinion on exercises, training methods, anabolising products and many other relevant subjects which perhaps one day will help you in your own bodybuilding career.

    Although these articles are intended for everyone, I think that they will be of most use to the younger members of the site, the beginners, in the 14-20 year old bracket, who are looking for information about the world of bodybuilding.

    My role is quite different from Michel's, I am not here to give you advice, and moreover I am not a coach.
    I am simply a bodybuilding fanatic, like you, who has a heavy past and who is prepared to share his experiences with you.
