This programme is of the "everything in 3 days" type.
My opinion:
Apart from a few exercises, this is the programme I do every week. I have replaced some exercises on machines by the same ones with free weights; the work carried out is more or less the same.
Strength and honour brothers ! You need not be afraid of true suffering, It does not hurt, It is the start of satisfaction for a bodybuilder.
