CALORIE EXPENDITURE CALCULATION

The calorie expenditure varies significantly from one sporting activity to another.
It depends on the sex and age of the individual and the duration and intensity of the effort.

The following table should give you a rough idea of your expenditure and, consequently, indicate the limits to be respected to avoid putting on weight.

Remember, however, that each individual is unique and that the result obtained always corresponds to a statistical approximation.
