WARMING UP - Torso ROTATIONS with dumbbells.

Warming exercise for the waist and the lumbar region.
Holding the dumbbells horizontal gently warms up the shoulders.
Keep the pelvis quite stationary and do not arch the back.
Breathe in as you turn to the side.
Breathe out as you come back.
