STANDARD WARMING UP EXERCISES.

When starting a session, it is always difficult to know which exercise to choose to warm up.

Is it best to do 30 minutes cardio-training and attack the bars straight away?
Do 10 minutes cardio-training and some stretching?

Personally, I would recommend, if you have the time:
10 minutes cycling or run trainer.
10 minutes of various exercises presented in the "GYM" menu.
    A few abdominals.
If you do not have enough time or if you do not have any cardio-training equipment, a few leg flexions coupled with a few minutes running on the spot will be quite sufficient. Good training and keep fit!
Michel.
