Barbell - picking up - putting down

    CORRECT execution

When you put down or pick up a barbell, you must systematically think about positioning your spine correctly.
Once the back is in position, the thighs and buttocks come into action to lift or put down the weight.
The deadlift remains a risky exercise for beginners.

This rule also applies every day; not just during training.

              INCORRECT execution
