Pull-ups

PULL-UPS are the basic movements for the dorsals.   By varying the grip, you change the impact on the muscles.
Example: pull-ups with wide grip mainly work the lattissimus dorsi, whereas with close grip there is more emphasis on the teres minor and teres major.
