Bodybuilding

Bodybuilding is designed to develop the muscles for general, sportive or corrective purposes.

Bodybuilding is not just a product of modern society.
The final objective is not aesthetic. The athlete will seek to eliminate his weaknesses through inter-season preparation, for example.

Following a trauma and after re-education, you will be able to continue the work started by the physiotherapist.

The boundary between bodybuilding and pumping iron is often difficult to distinguish: even if you enter a gym with a specific sporting objective, it is easy to get side-tracked and be seduced by aesthetics and strength (a deviation which is quite honourable after all).
But through bodybuilding, you will be able to explore new sensations, discover your muscles, your body, the willpower to develop it, a healthy diet to make better progress.
