Pull over
The PULL OVER is extremely important in training since it ends a session on the pectorals with a light load in order to stretch the muscles which have been working.

The PULL OVER is one of the basic exercises used to open the chest cavity and thereby enlarge the chest.

In a session on the dorsals, with heavy load it will work the the muscles in thickness.

These exercises all belong to the Pull over family.
