    PROTIDS must represent 15 % of our daily intake in calories: 100 g release 400 calories.

    Origins of proteins:
    -   PLANTS: soya; cereals, dry vegetables.
      - ANIMAL: Milk, cheese, meat, fish, delicatessen.

    Meats contain, depending on the origin:
    -   poultry with 6 to 12 % of lipids
    -   veal and beef with 15 to 20 % of lipids
    -   pork and lamb with 20 to 30 % of lipids
