ELECTRO-STIMULATION.
THE ADVANTAGE:
Electro-stimulation must not be considered as a gadget. It is a technique which proves its worth every day.

The main and most incredible application of electro-stimulation is found in the medical sector. It can be used to efficiently work a muscle which is mechanically unable to function due to traumas, operation, blocked joint, etc.

    • High level athletes can return to competition more quickly and the injury is consolidated more efficiently.
    • It is easier to recuperate after extreme training.
    • You no longer need to spend long hours training. You can work a particular muscle or chain of muscles.

    In a word: Heaven.
BUT, LIKE A FOOL, I AM AGAINST IT:
For ordinary people, practising a physical activity involves a muscular effort as well as a mental effort, which should result in well-being in both areas.

Developing muscle purely for the sake of it, when the two are closely linked, what a waste!
If you only have half an hour to spare for your body, do it positively.
Include your mind, learn how to listen to your body, feel it vibrate, feel that you are alive.

Plug in the electrodes, watch television,
and you lose 80 % of the pleasure.
