ANAEROBIC

Rest phase
Activity phase Recuperation phase
During an anaerobic effort, the blood does not flow in the muscle, the nutritional exchanges take place during the recuperation phase between two series.
This is what happens when working with heavy weights.
It is therefore important to increase the recuperation periods as the series become shorter and more intensive.
