Foods

A balanced diet implies a diversity of foods.

Obviously, the notion of pleasure must not be overlooked. Meals are often a privileged and relaxing moment with your family or friends.

The broad families of foods are
The carbohydrates   -   The protids   -    The lipids

Make sure, however, not to neglect the mineral salts - Sodium -
Chlorine - Potassium - Calcium - Phosphorus - Magnesium - Iron -
and the vitamins.
All these elements can be found in vegetables, fruit, milk, meat and fish.

To be avoided.
SOFT DRINKS due to the abundance of calories supplied with no other element.
FRIED FOOD due to the abundance of fats which are unnecessary and difficult to digest.
The ALCOHOLS due to their high sugar content, the risk they generate for the liver and the consequences of alcoholism.
