Lipids

LIPIDS, which are essential to life due to the vitamins they contain, must represent 30 % of our daily calorie requirements.
Caution, 100g of lipids release 930 calories: you do not have to stuff yourself with chips!

    Lipids have three origins:
      - Animal: meat fat, dairy products, eggs, fish. . .
      - Oils, butter, cream, margarine . . .
      - Oleaginous fruits: peanuts, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, olives. . .
Like carbohydrates, excess lipids are stored as fat. To eliminate this excess, you must obviously practise an aerobic activity - CARDIO-TRAINING - low-intensity to avoid using glycogen.
