AEROBIC

Rest phase
Activity phase
During an aerobic effort, blood flows in the muscle, supplying oxygen, glycogen, calcium, potassium and all the other elements required for muscular contraction.
This is what happens during walking, jogging and cycling gently.
The efforts may last 5 to 10 hours or even more, without you feeling exhausted. This is because the nutrient elements are supplied regularly by the blood .
